Ridgeview Heights is a seven unit townhome building near downtown Kirkland.
The client wanted to address some water intrusion issues they were having as well as give the building a substantial makeover. As with a lot of our projects, the before and after photos show a world of difference.
On this project we used several products that we do not always use. The first material is the stacked stone veneer on the garage level which we installed full height instead of a wainscot, which is more common. The second is the Wood Tone fiber cement siding at the unit entries. Both of these materials add a unique look to the building.
