Issaquah Parkview Condominiums is a three-building complex with thirty-six units located in Issaquah.
The existing buildings had wood siding and a mixture of old types of windows. We removed all the siding and even the sheathing and made structural and seismic upgrades to the framing with hold-downs, strapping and shear nailing the new fire-retardant plywood.
After upgrading the structure, we installed new Milgard windows and Hardie fiber-cement siding. We used Woodtone siding as an accent adjacent to the windows.
We repaired all the balconies, some of which had extensive amounts of dryrot. Our deck coaters installed a new Pacific Polymers deck coating system and all new picket aluminum railings were installed.
In addition to all the work on the walls and windows, we also repaired the damaged roof sheathing and replaced the asphalt shingles.
