Hidden River Apartments is a twenty-three building complex in Kirkland.

The existing vinyl siding had been painted over and there were many places where the siding actually started to melt and deform. We explored the option of performing targeted repairs, but the repairs were so extensive that it made more sense to replace all the siding with Hardie fiber-cement siding.

Hidden River was a one of the larger projects we have completed, with about 143,000 sq ft of siding installed.

In addition to the siding replacement, we updated the balconies from worn wood decking and lattice railings to composite decking and maintenance-free aluminum picket railings.
