Project

Magnolia Crest was a project that started by helping our client with budgeting during their acquisition of the property.

After the sale closed, the owner asked us to design-build the project to fit their budget. We hired an architect and produced several design schemes with accompanying budgets.

The owner selected a mostly wide-exposure Hardie lap siding, with Hardie panel at the window bump-outs and a panel brick pattern at the accent walls. The existing decks had carpet and solid guardrails, we updated them with new deck coatings and then installed new metal railings.

As is evident from the before and after photos, this property went through a major transformation.
