This project consisted of removing all the wood siding and aluminum windows on eight buildings with a total of 144 residential units.
The project was challenging due to the amount of rot repair that we uncovered, but most of all due to the lack of staging areas because the site was on a hillside in Lower Queen Anne.
To overcome the site issues, we had to crane in materials between the buildings and crane out dumpsters filled with the old materials.
