Brown Bear’s corporate office was a unique project for us because it was a commercial project rather than multi-family. For once we were not disturbing residents, but an entire business.

The existing building had a patio the length of the whole building that the employees did not use and had leaking problems. The client wanted to fix the leaking problem and expand the office square footage, so we framed in the patio and added large windows and siding.

Along with the exterior work, we did a massive tenant improvement project on the interior reconfiguring the offices and upgrading all the finishes.
