This project consisted of partial recladding of the five buildings, major balcony repairs, and new railings.
It was done in several phases, over several years.
Replacing the pedestrian bridges, as well as repairing the stairways that access units, took a significant amount of planning and coordination so that the tenants could access their units at the end of every work day.
